Our chocolate is crafted to stay delicious for up to 6 months when stored properly. But let’s be real—it rarely lasts that long!

We cannot offer exchanges or returns for products that have left our shop as ordered.

Chocolate starts melting around 70°F, so we take extra care to keep it cool! During warmer months, we may use dry ice and gel packs to protect your treats. If temperatures reach 90°F or higher, shipments may be delayed until it cools down. We also avoid shipping late in the week to prevent melting over weekends. Please ensure someone can receive your goodies upon arrival—no one wants melted chocolate waiting on the doorstep!
